Waitlist privacy
Your FPSU waitlist data.
gabriel sclavis is responsible for this waitlist. Joining gives consent to receive FPSU news and Max availability updates by email. It does not verify ownership of your address or create a customer account.
We store your email and, only if you choose to answer, your expectations for Max, PC tier, GPU brand, how you discovered FPSU and current rank. Rank is not an admission filter. We also retain the consent wording, its version, the signup source and date.
Convex stores these records for FPSU. No emails are sent by this collection service. We do not sell your data or use this signup for unrelated messages. Optional answers are used to understand interest in Max. Skipping the questionnaire does not remove your signup.
A necessary, encrypted, HttpOnly cookie links the questionnaire to a new signup for up to 20 minutes. It is not used for tracking or to prove email ownership. Repeating a signup does not change existing private answers or reverse an unsubscribe.
When available, we automatically keep the public source, medium and campaign labels from your entry link, or a known referring site category, with a new signup in our private database. Otherwise the source stays unknown. We do not store the referring URL, path or query. The browser keeps the first-entry context only for this document. Attribution is not collected when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is signalled, and is never replaced by a repeated signup or questionnaire answer. It helps us count genuine signups and stored questionnaires by source; it does not identify your visits in PostHog.
No email, answer, signup identifier or questionnaire cookie is sent to PostHog. This attribution adds no tracking cookie or cross-visit identifier and does not change which emails you agreed to receive. Attribution is retained and deleted with its contact under the same policy.
Retention: Up to 3 years from signup, or earlier if you ask us to delete it or the waitlist is no longer useful.
You can withdraw consent or request access, correction, export or deletion by contacting gabriel.sclavis@gmail.com. Any future update email must also offer an unsubscribe link. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can complain to your data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
